Unlikely, but...: This is unlikely to be related to the cervical sympathetic ganglion, unless you have a Schwannoma or other unusual situation.  If you are concerned that there is something going on please see a physician for evaluation.

i did a ganglion impar block for my chronic pelvic pain syndrome . after two days, the symptoms have become worser than earlier . what can i do now?

Pain s/p  ganglion  : Would call the doctor and let them know. This does occur at times . May be short term or may need more blocks or may be  start of infection. Discuss with MD ask about short term steroids till it improves if not infection

Two main characteristics: I would refer you to csfinfo.org for a thorough description of signs and symptoms. Basically, it comes in two forms: Chiari (or Arnold-Chiari) Malformation and Syringomyelia. Symptoms are different for each, but both include neurologic symptoms. Arnold-Chiari S congenital, whereas syringomyelia can be part of Arnold-Chiari Malformation, or can be caused by tumors, trauma, or infection.

Maybe: Ehlers-danlos is a complex genetic disease that affects joints and tissues that use cartilage - like blood vessels. I would discuss your concerns with your MD as I don't know what your risks are for this condition.

Period : While some people may have bleeding spotting in the first few days after surgery it's not necessary to do so. Some bleeding would be perfectly normal but a lack of bleeding would be even better. What you're looking for this for a return of your normal menstrual cycle during the following month.

YES: The fusion of any two cervical verterbrae can be an expression of Klippel-Feil Syndrome and the scoliosis can be due to the effects of the fusion on the normal S shaped curving of the spine....Hope this helps!

Focal vs diffuse: Radiculopathy is a pinched nerve in the spine and makes very specific symptoms in a specific dermatomal pattern.  Crps affects a broader area such as an entire limb or two limbs, may have some of the same neurological symptoms of a radiculopathy, but also has sympathetic nervous system symptoms of color changes, swelling, and temperature changes.  See your doctor if you think you have either.

Nerves are pinched: Thoracic outlet is the result of the big nerves and blood vessels in the neck and chest being pinched by the muscles and bones at the top of the rib cage as they exit towards the arms. A cervical rib is just one cause of this problem. It can be treated with physical therapy or surgery.

how do  you distinguish between occipital neuralgia and cervical facet syndrome?

Neck pain: Occipital neuralgia typically causes headache, starting at the base of the back of the skull and radiating into the back of the head, behind the ears.  Cervical facet syndrome, on the other hand, typically cases pain right in the neck itself, either on one side or both sides, depending on which facets are involved.  Imaging studies and diagnostic spinal injections can help differentiate.
