It is unusual.: If there was believed to be artifact due to the heart's motion, the physician interpreting the test would indicate that in the official report.

Talk to cardiologist: This reads like it is likely a normal report that you should review with your doctor. Doctors who read a study often do not have the context of the study or patient when they have to read it. In this case, the cardiologist is saying that the study shows an abnormality that is normal in most people. If you had some unique medical history or were in the ICU, then their interpretation may not apply.

Acute GE: Are you concerned that she may be pregnant ? Then get a home pregnancy test. Regarding diarrhea, visit your physician for evaluation and start oral rehydration to avoid any complications.

Pulmonary embolism is likely not present but the parenchymal changes could be the reason for dyspnea (shortness of breath) and the etiology needs to be defined. The presence of calcified granuloma is less likely the reason for this study, just coincidental findings. Take care.

That depends on : Reason. Normal white discharge (leukorrhea) or a yeast infection shouldn't delay your period. If your period is late and you have been sexually active  take a home pregnancy test.. White discharge can ^ with pregnancy but is not diagnostic of pregnancy.

can timing or amount of my dinner delay my bcp even if i take it on time? for example, if i take the pill at 9 pm everyday, can my dinner make it metabolize slower? im afraid my bcp is less effective if its not on time due to food. thank you?

: The effectiveness of your birth control pill is NOT related to food. You can take it with food or in an empty stomach and choose any time of the day. The important thing is to take it at the same time each day

When in doubt: just check pregnancy test.  And if you are still not bleeding normally and first pregnancy test was negative, check it again in 1 week.  Your symptoms may be pregnancy related, but they may just be some viral illness that has delayed your period.  See a healthcare provider for more definitive pregnancy tests if you are concerned and your tests at home are negative repeatedly.

Mostly diaphragm: The diaphragm is the primary driver of inspiration, whether it be typical passive inspiration or taking a deep breath.  The chest wall help as well, to a less extent.

Resistance to flow: Obstructive disease can get air in, the chest is not restricted and inhalation requires muscular activity. Exhalation is passive no muscles required and the increase of resistance makes exhaling more difficult
