hello, my husband and i have been to barcelona and italy in 2 - 8 february 2020. i am worried that we might have contracted the virus without knowing. my only symptoms is a stuffy nose, swollen gland under my left armpit, and slight headache?

Call,local doc: The axillary lymph node needs to be evaluated (not coved-19 or flu). You doc will test for whatever he/she feels you might have contracted.

Paresthesia: It is possible that it could be multiple sclerosis, B12 deficiency, complicated migraine, lyme disease, Idiopathic.You should check with a good neurologist.

Gastroenteritis : Most likely you are gong through viral gastroenteritis, take enough fluids, rest and if symptoms not resolving, go to an ER without delay

Possibly a virus: It sound as if you have a viral infection of the sinuses. There is not much you can do to treat viral infections. Try using a nasal irragator (these can be purchased at a specialty pharmacy) if you have a fever than you may be dealing with a bacterial infection such as strep throat. So if you do have a fever you need to see a doctor to determine the proper antibiotic and dose. Hope you feel better.

Sounds like : A viral rash . Need to observe further . It may be self limiting or it may get worst. If you are having other signs and symptoms along with the rash , best to have it checked out .

If : If your red bumps are itchy, and the individual bumps last less than 24 hours while new bumps develop on other parts of body, you may have hives. Hives is known to develop after an upper respiratory viral illness which you likely had.

Most hives are mild and self-limited lasting for a few days up to a few weeks. Take over-the-counter zyrtec (cetirizine) 10mg once a day usually helps most patients. Take it until the hives recovers.

But if the individual rashes are persistent for days, it is not hives. Look for other diagnosis.

Headache?: Any reason to believe you are having a stroke ?   Are you having any weakness anywhere? How is your speech?  The areas you described aren't linked so easily. Only place i source i could think of would be in your brain, but even there, what you are describing is just one place. Seek help please!

Possibly: Typical features of sinus infections include congestion, drainage and fever. Headaches and sinus tenderness are also  usual symptoms.  I would suggest a nasal saline rinse.
