: Most cases of incontinence are a result of intraoperative damage to the native urinary sphincteric mechanisms, particularly the intrinsic sphincter component. Bladder denervation during prostatectomy is also a frequent cause of incontinence after the operation, resulting in impaired detrusor contractility and poor bladder compliance. Stress urinary incontinence is present in 95% of cases.

No way: Don't do it. Kegel exercises, or squeezing a ball between your knees can often help to overcome stress urinary incontinence. Holding urine as long as possible will probably make you wet more and make you more prone to getting a uti.

Effective for many: Performed by urologists ; uro-gynecologists after suitable urodynamic studies have been performed. Presume you developed after childbirth ; sling has been advised. Sudafed,or ephedrine (ephedrine sulfate): Can help to tighten bladder neck. Anticholinergics eg oxybutinin er, Detrol or vesicare (solifenacin) relax bladder musculature and may help. U should try kegel exercises 5x/day & squeezing ball between knees. Consider seeing uro-gynecologist or urologist. Urethral slings or bladder neck suspensions are extremely effective surgical procedures. Former is simple op operation with minimal morbidity. Good luck.

ive started to masturbate recently and sometimes when i do so, i pee. it can come out in a small or a decent amount. ive tried looking up whats wrong and i know i dont have bladder incontinence or anything similar. whats going on?

: Somtimes a voiding reflex can be set in motion by sexual stimulation. Empty your bladder before and you should be fine.
