Possibly: It may be related to stress but i would encourage you to see your physician to rule out medical causes first.  Ginger is excellent for soothing an upset GI track.  You can slice fresh organic ginger and let it steep in a covered pot for at least 5 minutes. Allow it to cool some before sipping. More importantly, get a handle on stress. Try to get at least 7.5 to 8 hours of sleep per night. How is &gt;.

Yes, : Yes, that is a good question.  That is part of our sympathetic/parasympathetic nervous system response, "fight or flight".  Fear can cause individuals to lose the urge to go to the bathroom, however depending on the situation some people have the opposite effect.

Too soon: It is common for stress to affect your cycle. But pregnancy is always a possibility, even with protection. If your only intercourse was 4/11, then an over the counter pregnancy test may not be accurate yet. Wait until 4/25, and if no period yet, take a preg test with your first morning urine.

Bloated /abd pain: May be reflux, H pylori, gallbladder or food intolerances or ovarian issues like cysts or pregnancy or vaginal /PID infection. Check HCG, check for H pylori gastritis, could try elimination diet,  what happens when you stop milk products for a week or gluten products for a week? f/u wiht doctor  /urgemt care.
