Ulcers and stress: Tis is a complicated answer but let me try to explain it simply.  In periods of stress, there is an over production of two hormones from the adrenal.  One is adrenalin, which can stimulate the cells in the stomach to produce more acid.  The 2nd hormone is cortisol, which when too abundant, can thin the lining of the stomach thus leading to the ulcer.  You also need to rule out other causes.

my left wrist as been having pain or tired for couple months. and just got a blood test and pee test does not show anything wrong. i noticed when take a shower it feel weird i been having stress and anxiety problem and acid reflux too for past year?

: There is a good chance that your symptoms are not due to any great problem but anxiety. Eat a healthy diet, exercise, keep busy with work, recreation of choice, hobbies , social work or all of the above and you will feel much better. Good luck

Not much: Stress can affect all systems of your body and can cause some malfunction. Acid reflux is more of a mechanical problem caused by a weak muscle in the esophagus...So it  mostly runs in families and is a chronic condition which requires long term antacid use for treatment.

DO NOT RISK IT: Why do you wish to take "acid"?  Are things troubled in your current life?  Advise you get some counseling pronto, and identify underlying conflicts.  If you indeed do have repetitive seizures, you should be taking an anti-epileptic drug.  Recreational drugs will almost certainly provoke additional dangerous seizure activity.

Gastric acid reflux: Many factors can cause gerd and stress can exacerbate. Please be seen by a physician so that accurate diagnosis and treatment can be offered.
