Sorry: Can't see the pictures . Might need drainage ;/or antibiotics . Should probably be seen. In the meantime do domeboro soaks 15!minutes 3 times a day. Best!

i have cellulitis infection on tip of left buttocks. i have been on meds for 2 days now and it wont stop bleeding. how serious is this?

Depends: Abscess are best opened and drained. Sometime nature helps out by letting the abscess pop spontaneously and drain.  If your cellulitis was actually a developing abscess then drainage is expected.  A steady flow of blood isn't.   If the drainage is a mix of pus and blood then keep clean and bandaged.  If the bandage continually soaks thru call your doctor.

like a month ago i got a yeast infection and i noticed bumps on my buttocks developing.could the bumps be caused by the yeast infection?

Yes: Yeast infection is usually from excessive moisture and can present with satellite lesions that look like pustules (white heads).  You may also have folliculitis which can be bacterial (common with friction, moisture, sitting too long, shaving, etc).  If your doctor gave you diflucan, (fluconazole) i would add and otc benzoyl peroxide acne wash in the shower - may bleach towels!

i sat on a wet blanket lastnight not sure if the wetness was from a human but one of my buttocks was exposed i didnt clean it right away but i used 70% rubbing alcohol to wipe it off with am i safe from a infection? im still wearing the shorts too?

Skin infections: Skin infections happen generally when there is some damage or sore or even microscopic dryness of the skin. Bacteria live on and around us all the time.  But, skin injury is what usually leads to a skin infection.  Whether on the buttocks or elsewhere.

i have a yeast infection that i got from taking amoxicillin. i also think the yeast is on my buttocks as well. what can i use to treat buttocks area?

Treating yeast: The same cream used for your vaginal infection will also work in the ana or buttocks area. If you're using OTC treatment, try any cream with active ingredient ending in "azole" (miconazole, clotrimazole, etc). Good luck.

Otc antifungals: need to be sure of your dx...if no improvement, suggest seeing a dermatologist

Yeast infection: Red bumps on your buttocks can be from yeast but can also be from infected hair follicles or molluscum contagiosum which is another skin infection. A provider should be able to tell with looking. People often have pain with intercourse when they have a vaginal infection.

Rash: Not all rashes are caused by staph, some rashes are not caused by infection at all  some may be from a virus, rashes  that are painful or have blister like lesions can be from herpes, shingles etc...

Butt Rash: Yes, having a fungal infection for one year is alarming. One has to determine if you have a fungal infection or a yeast infection as the oral medications are different for each infection. You may not have a yeast or fungal infection but a contact dermatitis which is a type of allergic reaction to something that comes in contact with your skin. See your dermatologist for a proper diagnosis.
