Probably nothing: Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Sinuses, reflux: You need to have your sinuses checked and you may have acid reflux, you needto see your doctor for a detailed history.

Smellynose: Check to see if she. Has a foreign body up her nose. You might have to take her to an ENT doctor so he can have a better look see.

Sweet smell: Rarely hear this, usually people complain of bad smell. You had a recent low blood sugar, you should keep monitoring your blood sugar. Try stopping all fragrant soaps and body lotions and all unnecessary supplements and see if it goes away.

Usually the sinuses: Bad smells sensed in the nose are usually from a sinus infection. A doctor can look inside the nose to see what is up there, and then prescribe antibiotics as needed.
