: All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the description is suggestive of degenerative joint disease.    Wish you good health!

These results discribed are disk disease/degenerative changes, there is nothing described to tell of how sever eit is so it is difficult to know what the extent is without seeing the images. The most important thing concerning the MRI is to make sure the finding are consistent with your symptoms in order to tell if it is of any concern. As we age, most of us have the abnormalities as described in your report, but the importance is deciding if this is the cause of your symptoms. This should be done by your doctor.

Muscle spasm: Commonly, muscle spasms may cause your neck to straighten.  If there has been injury or arthritis of the vertebrae of the neck then the bony problem may be contributing to the straightening, .

Three: Cervical lordosis, thoracic kyphosis, and lumbar lordosis. This provide a balanced erect spine.

Posibly: If it is new get it checked may be a congenital kyphosis developing noticed now after a little growth child's spines are different shaped usually gently kyphotic haven't walked enough to develop the balanced curves.

You can't!: Your penis is either curved naturally or due to trauma or by a process called peyronie's disease.  If the curvature is significant, cauising difficulties, painful or if there are other issues, see either your pcp or a urologist.  If significant, surgery may be necessary.  I am not aware of anything you can do to straighten the curvature.

: While there is certainly normal variance throughout the population, in general, there does not tend to be any lateral curvature of the spine.

Need exam: this may be a genetic variation; however concerning for the possibility of Peyronie's disease- a thickening /fibrosis of the penile shaft and/or a previous penile fracture or injury- this requires an examinmation.

Probably nothing: The cervical spine is normally slightly curved. Straightening is usually due to positioning, but can also be seen with muscle spasm or with ligamentous injuries.
