IBS: It could be either an allergic reaction to something you are eating or it could be inflammatory bowel disease or irritable bowel syndrome. If there is any blood or if there is severe abdominal pains then it would be more concerning.

so backed up with only pebble stool. stomach pain & gas, need relief now. should i take miralax (polyethylene glycol) or mag cit 2 clean out now? need fast relief.

Constipation: I would recommend taking miralax (polyethylene glycol) first and even trying an enema too to "get things going" from below and above. If this does not work, and you have no heart problems, then you can take Mag citrate.

i have not been able to control my bladder. sudden urge to pee all of a sudden, blood in stool, stomach pain in the upper middle and both sides of my lower stomach?

: You need to see a doctor for evaluation. You may have a urinary tract infection that requires an antibiotic. You need to find out why you have blood in your stool since that is not normal. So, see your doctor. Good luck to you!

i get severe gut trouble with erythromycin, if i take probiotics, will this problem be prevented, ie; loose stool & stomach pain?

Worth a try...: Erythromycin is in a class of antibiotics that have a propensity to cause GI side effects of cramps and diarrhea because they activate a receptor in the GI tract that stimulates motility or vigorous peristalsis of the intestines.  This is what leads to the unpleasant symptoms of diarrhea and cramps.  Taking probiotics (cultures of healthy bacterial flora) may help and is worth a try.

: Most likely she has gastroenteritis, an intestinal infection. A daily probiotic, avoiding dairy products until  well and clear fluids are often effective. Need to see doctor: 12 days without food is not a trivial matter and you need to consult a doctor. If you do not have access to one, go to the nearest emergency room to get checked out.

See your doctor: Dark stool can indicate a GI bleed which might be the cause for your stomach pain.  It might be an ulcer or irritation or a mass.  Hard to know what it is until you get evaluated but dark stool and stomach pain are symptoms that should get evaluated.

Likely: Time to see a doctor. Black stools may reflect only what you have eaten, or could be old blood firm stomach gastritis or an ulcer. I cannot tell what it is on this online forum. Needs a physician examination.
