Need more fiber: Important to "bulk up" your stools to reduce difficulty having a bowel movement.  Eat fiber rich food and try adding metamucil to your supplements.

Gastroenterologist: You need to be seen ASAP by a GI doctor.  It sounds as if whatever is wrong with your GI tract has made you anemic and is now a systemic illness, You will probably require colonoscopy and this should be done soon. Best wishes. Please make appt now.

suffering from severe abdomen cramps. went to er and had colitis. gastro did colonoscopy and found only large lymph nodes. i've had moderate symptoms 5x a week for 6 months. stool sample found nothing. poo smells like sulphur. what to do next?

: Perhaps you should pursue an upper endoscopy to see if there is anything going on in your esophagus or stomach to cause your symptoms. Abdominal cramping can certainly be due to some abnormality in your stomach. So, see GI again and see if this can be done. Good luck to you!

Gastroenteritis: Sounds like food poisoning/gastroenteritis.  Try to keep up with fluids (half Gatorade and half water) along with bland diet.  Most of these things get better on their own; however, if vomiting and diarrhea persistsyou will need to see your doctor for tests and/or IV fluids.

Maybe: Gastroenteritis. Start with clear liquid like water, soda that is clear, or sports hydration drinks.  Sip often to prevent dehydration. Work up to solids with bland foods like bananas, rice, applesauce, toast, gelatin, or chicken. Avoid alcohol, nicotine, caffeine, dairy &amp; high fat foods. Rest.

Diet: Some foods such as garlic do have sulphur and can make you breath and flatus smell of sulphur. You may have to do a trial and error of adjusting your diet.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

See doctor: There are many potential causes. One of the causes may be from intestinal bacterial overgrowth which however remains a controversial subject.  I presume that you do not have lactose intolerance- if yes, then you must avoid lactose. Vegetarians are also more likely to have gas issues.

In general, it's good idea to ignore urine odor as long as urinalysis from properly collected urine specimen is normal and you void well with steady continuous flow and feeling bladder empty. More? Hard to visualize?: To describe your stool as looking like powder and being loose is a little confusing...looseness often suggests watery. Perhaps you mean the powder isn't sticking together! My general thought is that your stool is too dry...you are not drinking enough fluids, especially water, or stool is passing very quickly through your intestine so it doesn't absorb.
