Gallbladder dz: Eating meat can ca cause gb spasms and lead to pain.  Other GI conditions like gastritis can lead to this too.

Other issues: Bloating and upset stomach are symptoms that can be associated with several different conditions - not just gallbladder disease. Other conditions that can give similar symptoms include acid reflux, irritable bowel, lactose intolerance, hormonal changes, constipation...other causes are possible as well. Your doctor may be able to help you figure out what specifically is causing your symptoms.

Not normal : Stomach upset after meals may be related to inflammation or irritation of your stomach and is not normal. It might be related to use of nsaids. Anti parietal cell antibody positive test may or may not be related. Should be evaluated by your doctor.

Ginger/Lemon/Honey: There are many causes of abdominal pain/cramps, some benign such as heartburn or gastroenteritis and some more serious such as infections, cancers of the colon/rectum or inflammation of the colon (Colitis) such as Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn's Disease.  See your Doctor/Proctologist for an exam and Colonoscopy/EGD. Check with your doctor about Ginger/Lemon/Honey tea!

every time i get a flare up of functional dyspepsia, i immediately get a neck ache. can pain be reffered from the stomach nerves?

Yes: The body is connected.  You may tighten your neck muscles unconsiously and this could cause neck pain.  in addition to the stomach upset.
Pain does refer through certain dermatomes. Stomach pain  is usually through thoraic dermatomes though.

Could be stress: You could have anxiety/ depression. You should first rule out a medical condition by seeing a family physician or internist.

is it fine to eat bananas if one has stomach upset?

Should be ok..: Banana contains some good nutrients/vitamins and it is easy to digest and so i don't expect it to worsen your stomach trouble. If you are having much nausea/vomiting, then hold off foods for a bit longer until you are ready to chow. Otherwise, peel one off and take a bite. The on in picture here looks quite delicious to me. As a 19-year old woman, please think about stresses in your life due to relationships, education, work, finances and past traumatic experiences, as well as use of Alcohol.
After that, see a Psychiatrist for Diagnosis and Treatment.

Why eat food: That makes you feel ill? I would recommend avoiding any food that consistently causes yourphysical discomfort. You can try ginger if you are experiencing nausea. Aloe vera juice may be helpful for burning.

Glucosamine: Try taking the glucosamine after breakfast, lunch or supper and not when the stomach is empty. If symptoms persist, discontinue it. If the symptoms continue, then you may be dealing with gastritis,peptic ulcer, food intolerance( lactose or gluten) or irritable bowel syndrome. Consult your physician or a gastroenterologist for evaluation. Appropriate tests will be ordered. In the meantime observe.
