how do i know if i have a stomach ulcer? ive been feeling ready fatigued and bloated, loss of appetite, i dont have any history of stomach ulcers. 
my first proper symptoms started showing on friday evening after having half a glass of soda water.

See doctor: Sounds like you are having an intolerance to the nexium (esomeprazole). Please see your doctor and possibly get a medication change. You also need to be checked to make sure it is just the nexium (esomeprazole) and not something else going on. Please be seen as soon as possible

Not likely: That doesn't sound much like a stomach ulcer.  With the ulcer you usually have pain in the upper abdomen that is worse when the stomach is empty.  Are you having that at all?  I would see your doctor if these symptoms have gone on more than 7-10 days.

i am 61 yrs old. i have high bp with kidney stones and ulcer in stomach. from last 2 days i feel im very tired and weak. even my joints are paining. i am having pain on left elbow joint. i feel tired. my urine is coming very thick. what to do ?

: Seek immediate medical attention as at least couple of conditions become apparent, anemia or low blood and possible infection that originated in the kidney/ urinary tract and they will have to ruled in or out among many other possibilities. Time is of essence now.

Yes: This is not normal. Check with your doctor for a full physical exam and make sure you do not have uterine fibroids which can make you anemic and very tired as well.

They are only: dangerous  if they perforate the stomach wall or if they bleed profusely. Most ulcers heal with medicationlike zantac or omeprazole which reduces  acid secretion and carafate (sucralfate) which coats and protects the ulcer bed.
