Yes: Stomach and GI pains can easily be 'referred' to different parts of the chest - the abdomen is 'wired' with more neurons than the brain and can definitely cause pain in unusual areas - advil (ibuprofen) and testosterone are drugs that can contribute to ulcerative diseases.

Possible: See a doctor soon. Seeing red blood on your stool usually means 2 possible things: it is coming from a stomach or small intestine rapidly bleeding ulcer, or it is coming from a lower source like a hemorrhoid (if you're constipated this is likely it). Rarer inflammatory causes exist too. If you've had acid for many years you are at risk for an ulcer, you should be taking an acid-blocking medicine.

Need more info: Chest pain may be due to musculo-skeletal cause, acid reflux, lung or heart disease, esophageal disease and more. It would require taking a detailed history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a primary care doctor for an evaluation. If you are overweight, it would help to lose weight.
