hi i'm getting worried. i had a a sore stomach last week and it hurt my bum a bit , bow i feel like my sphincter is inflamed and it is sore to sit?

Extreme pain: This kind of inflammation around the anus is excruciating. It may be a chemical burn from acidic diarrhea. You can try applying Bepanthan baby bum cream for relief. I suggest that a doctor should have a look if it is not better soon. (S)he can check for tears, piles and other causes of discomfort.
It is also important to drink plenty of water and avoid foods that make you constipated.

Inner sphincter: The term 'overactive bladder' is used to describe dis synergy of the bladder muscle -not contracting in coordinated fashion; this leads to loss of regularity and coordinated, controlled urination.  The inner sphincter is controlled by the autonomic nervous system and is involuntary. The outer sphincter is part of the voluntary nervous system, and we can control it (the basis of kegel exercises).

Not very serious: The main problem with sphincter of oddi dysfunction is that it is an annoying pain that is intermittent and gets worse after eating. The treatment includes lifestyle changes (low fat diet), vasodilators like nifedipine, non opioid analgesics. Gastroenterologists can inject botox or make a cut at the sphincter of oddi and that works in more than 70% of the cases.

what is the problem of unable to control gas(intestinal gas) properly?my anal sphincter don't have any functional problem, is it curable consistently?

Flatulence: The gas in the colon is produced by bacteria acting on specific food substances and the flora in your gut seems to be very active.  Try eating unpasteurized yogurt several times a day or get a probiotic from your friendly pharmacist, or there are other products available otc to control this.  Ask.  Good luck.

Avoid calcium supplements (calcium increases sympathetic tone), consider magnesium supplmentation (magnesium blocks effects of calcium)

Many causes!: Too many in fact for a satisfactory answer.  You would need to answer many questions to narrow down the possibilities. I would suggest trying pepto or an antacid, followed by generic zantac! but even with relief, it could be serious.  Byte the bullet and see your doctor!
