Stomach pain: Stomach or abdominal pain has many causes.  When you see your doctor, they'll ask you lots of questions: is it worse before or after you eat? Are your bowel movements normal? How long?  Any nausea? Does eating make it feel better?  You really deserve a thorough history and exam to get to the bottom of it.  The popping sound can be normal peristalsis moving food through the GI tract.

Not a disease: You may try an over the counter medication like Gas-X. If that does not work, try changing your diet to see if that makes a difference. It will be by trial and error only. We all have  such sounds in our stomachs.

Depends: It sounds like this may be a hip problem. It depends on your age and other symptoms. Torn cartilage in your hips can result in similar symptoms. You should be examined by an orthopaedic surgeon.
