?? Gastroenteritis: Start w clear liquid like water, soda that is clear, or sports hydration drinks. Sip, sip, sip. Work up to solids w bland foods like bananas, rice, applesauce, toast, gelatin, or chicken. Avoid alcohol, nicotine, caffeine, dairy &amp; high fat foods. Rest.

Slippery elm: Can help, causes mucous secretion which acts as a coating, but if symptoms persist do not self medicate see a dr to determine the cause of the problem, plain and simple!

Water: Try only sips of water, OK not to eat. If getting too weak to stand up or persisting diarrhea you may need iv fluids and stool studies.

Stomach pain: I don't believe you have candida. You may have developed a food intolerence to milk, fructose or sorbitol. See a gastroenterologist for evaluation.

Depends: If just for a day or two, food poisoning needs be considered.  If you are &gt;60, one needs to consider diverticulitis.   See doctor if your problem worsens or has lasted more than 2 days without improving.

Stay hydrated: Call your OB doc, but meanwhile, stay hydrated even if  what you drink  runs straight through you. If diarrhea persists more than a day or so, hen you should arrange to be seen for possible harm o fetus. This might be a viral illness.
