Stool: Normally, foods are digested and nutrients are absorbed into the bloodstream mainly in the small intestine. Malabsorption may occur if a disorder interferes with the digestion of food or interferes directly with the absorption of nutrients. have your stool sample analysed by a lab to rule out parasitic infection. See you local Gastroenterologist for getting further testing done.

Please clarify: What do you mean by "stomach"? The organ in your GI tract or your abdomen? What does "sensitive to foods" mean?Hopelessly vague. What does "weird" mean? Quite unhelpful. Did this start last week or last year? Getting worse? Not? All this fuzziness notwithstanding, the likelihood that any of this is MS/ALS is so absurdly remote that I think it's OK for you to find something else to worry about.

GERD: with symptoms should be evaluated with empiric treatment and upper endoscopy. Examination and blood/breath testing for H.pylori should be performed and clinical observation/examination is mandatory.

Stomach pain: This could anything. Could be from the contaminated food. Could be ulcer in the stomach. Peptic ulcer disease is a possibility If the pain is coming right after food recurrently.  It could be many other things too. If not getting better or getting recurrently you should see your doctor

Stomach discomfort: That improves after eating can be related to too much acid.  The food "buffers" the excess acid and makes you feel better, but symptoms return later when the stomach is empty.

Reflux: You may have gastroesophageal reflux disease. Have you noticed it gets worse after eating especially spicy foods or drinking coffee? What about laying down after eating. You can take over the counter medications for reflux. Other possible causes depends on where the pain is and if it often feels different from a burning sensation moving up your chest.

Stomach upset: Eat smaller portions and smaller meals. Eat slowly. Chew thoroughly. Make bites smaller. Eat fruit, veggies, whole grains. Egg white for protein. No animal fat. Minimal meat. Small fish ok. Avoid sugar, breads, pizza, pasta.
