More info?: The first thing one thinks of is gallbladder, ulcers, gastritis when do you get pain?  What type? How long does it last? Anything make it better?  Anything make it worse?  Does food affect the pain?  Have you had any surgery ? How long has it been there?  Have u tried any medications? Did they work?  Did you injure yourself? Pulled muscle etc?  Has anyone done any studies? Need a bit more.

Examination: Possibilities include muscular strain or inflammation or inflammation with gas build-up of the stomach itself. Try a bland diet,avoid alcohol and caffeine, take mylanta 1/2 hour after meals and at bedtime. Zantac (ranitidine) helps gastritis. See your physician if symptoms persist.

Ulcer possible?: Lots of causes of "stomach pain", but epigastric burning &amp; pain after meals raises the probability of gastritis &amp; ulcers. Stop any non-prescribed nsaid's (aspiriin, advil, aleve, (naproxen) motrin, etc.) &amp; start an otc acid reducer (like Prilosec otc, Prevacid 24hr). Seek emergency care if lightheaded, worsening symptoms, vomiting coffee ground material or passing black stool or blood. Call your doctor next.

tiny tiny red spots all over stomach that come and go.  doesn't hurt, itch, and is flat. only appear on stomach and chest.  very very small, help.

This could be: a common "heat rash"

Are you exposed to warm temperatures when the rash appears??

Reflux: I would guess that stomach acid is the source for your symptoms. Having a regular meal pattern may help, some bodies like more than three meals a day, but they would need to be smaller. Taking an acid reducer in the morning may help as well.

Happens: Your normal heart rests on your diaphragm and some people perceive their heart beat better in their abdomen. If you have a stomach ache, please see your doctor for further evaluation.

Nausea and: epigastric abdominal discomfort are symptoms of a number both of self limited, non-emergent and potentially serious conditions that venturing a guess here would be fool hardy.  If your symptoms persist beyond 48 hours I would strongly recommend you see your doctor.  One very common reason though is pregnancy and you may want to do a home pregnancy test as it will be done by whatever doctor you see

Chest hurts: : This is a tough one.  I always recommend caution on the first day of an accident. If you are having any difficulty breathing you must go to the er. If you are breathing comfortably, not nauseated, and any pain is tolerable then you can sleep on it.

Acid reflux..: Most likely de to acid reflux or better known as heartburn caused by the caffeine in it. If you want to avoid this symptom try to avoid caffeine in your beverages.

Not sure: Skin "bumps" are not really possible to diagnose or treat over the computer.  You should see a doctor for an evaluation and diagnosis and then the best treatment would occur.  Best wishes.
