Perhaps: If you have not had a period for 7 months, you absolutely should take a pregnancy test.  Other reasons for left lower quadrant pain could be ovulation, constipation, infection or musculoskeletal.  If the pain has been severe or persistent, you should see your doctor.

I would need more information about when you ovulate; when you have your period, and how long they are. Have you missed your period? Have you done a pregnancy test? It says you are a male? Are you sexually active? If so why are you not preventing pregnancy?
