One person can have some or all of these symptoms. If symptoms are mild, they might go away in a day or two. Otherwise, a doctor can evaluate the patient, and also check for cancer or other serious diseases.

Need more info: If SGPT is the only abnormal value, you may wish to re do the test in 3-6 months. If you take alcohol, abstain from it while waiting to repeat the test. If you are on some medications, please discuss with your doctor as some drugs can affect liver enzymes.

I cannot find a: reference as to when it should be taken regarding meals, so I would take it on an empty stomach or when convenient.

i have a burning sensation under my left rib. when i bend down or over or twist it moves across my stomach. the pain don't worsen after meals.

Rib: Since this seems to occur with movement,  my suspicion is more likely musculoskeletal in nature.   It should resolve more quickly with rest and temporary pain relief.   As you know,  if things worsen or fail to improve with simple measures,  it's time to get it checked.

i often force myself to drink two large glasses of water after meals (my way to stay hydrated).  during, i feel my stomach stretching.  is this bad?

No biggie.: You'll probably be just fine.  Only downside is that you might get some reflux (stomach contents going back up the throat) from it.  Try to space out the liquids and you might be more comfortable.
