Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation.  Cyclic pelvic pain could be endometriosis or a variety of other gynecologic causes

i were on the deprovera injection and i only had it once and i were surpose to get it again  on the 17 may 2020 and i didn't get it and i still didn't get my period. now i suffer from period pain like cramps all over my stomach.

Normal with Depo: Amenorrhea is common with injectable contraceptives and its no cause for serious concern. It can persist for a long time after stopping the injection but please be aware that you could still fall pregnant if you indulge in unprotected sex even though your periods have not been restored

Helping with period: pain: try ibuprofen (Advil/Motrin), starting 1-2 days before your period every 6-8 hours. Making your period lighter is not as easy. Both issues may be helped with hormonal treatment, i.e. birth control pill. Please see you primary care doctor or your gynecologist to discuss this further.

NSAID's: Try: omega- 3 fatty acids or magnesium (supplementation or through diet) with your doctor’s approval.   Non –steroidal anti-inflammatory medications can help with pain.  If you desire non-med approaches you can discuss use of a traditional herbal like black cohosh with your doctor.  Chamomile tea can be soothing. Sipping green tea can also dissipate pain. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, extra salt.

Options are many: Incline a bladder infection, ovarian cyst, constipation, pulled muscle.  Do you have changes in your urination, does it hurt? Are u on the pill? Could u b pregnant? Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.
