A normal person, not on medications, usually recovers easily. Taking a pedialyte popsicle (similar to w.H.O. Hydration solution) hourly, plus drinking/eating little else, may settle things down. Scopes: Make sure that you have an upper and lower scope to make sure you digestive system is ok no ulcer or gastritis  or IBD next step get ultrasound to rule out gallbladder disease. You might have IBS but that will be determined after all the test come back negative

Cramps: if the cramps and loose stools came while on your cycle then this from a hormone called prostaglandin and is normal.  ibuprofen is and anti-prostaglandin and will help with the next cycle.

I doubt it: After 2 years of taking lyrica, (pregabalin) i doubt these symptoms are related to it.
