Stomach pains: A virus which causes a cold can sometimes also cause stomach aches. Other causes include: post-nasal drip being ingested with stomach irritation, dehydration due to decreased fluid intake while having a cold, etc... Please see your physician for abdominal physical exam if still present. Hope she feels better soon!

FUO: This sounds like what is called a fever of undetermined origin.  The best thing that you can do it to see an infectious diseases expert asap and get this assessed appropriately. Good luck.

Some possibilities..: It can mean a visit to one's doctor or ER. Abdominal pain can be from many things. Stomach acid problems cause pain, as do ulcers, pancreatitis, or gallstones. Appendicitis is always a concern (pain usually right lower abdomen, worsens over time, with fever coming on). If constipated for a while, stool backs up and causes pain. Gastrointestinal infections can cause pain, nausea, vomiting, fever.

Stomach pain: The stomach is a sensitive organ and shocking it with cold water may not be the kindest thing you could do to it. Some people react with nausea and or pain with this as there are temperature sensitive receptors in the lining of stomach/nerves.  Try lukewarm water, afterall you wouldn't step into a cold shower in the morning would you?  Hope this helps.

: Stomach ache after Covid-19 vaccination is uncommon. I wonder if you have a different viral infection or food poisoning coincidentally. Whatever, you can take antacids such as Mylanta for the stomach ache and Tylenol and Benadryl (if not driving) for cold symptoms either due to vaccine adverse effects or by a viral infection.

Viral?: How long has this been going on? If it a couple of day, you may have a viral gastroenteritis, you need to drink a lot of fluids, such as gatorade, avoid juices and bed rest will help.

See your doctor: These symptoms are not specific enough to provide you an answer but given your age, it is likely not serious - this could be a viral syndrome that would be self-limited. Nevertheless, if associated with fever, weight loss, chronicity more than 7 days, or worsening symptoms, you should see your physician. Meanwhile, make sure you are well-hydrated, rest and if necessary, take tylenol (acetaminophen) per directions.
