Post cesarean sectio: This case of a female post cesarean section with a painful lump.
It sound as though the fascia is compromised and will need evaluation by your gynecologist and a general surgeon for management.

: You wont be able to feel popping of "internal" stitches. results depend on where yhey 'pop'

is it possible to pop an internal stitch 4+ weeks after c section or is it completely healed at that point? if it is, how likely is it without excessive lifting?

: A suture may not be completely absorbed for several weeks see chart below.it differs depending on material. But it does lose tensile strength  over the initial several weeks. Usually lifting is restricted  till 6 weeks and full recovery may take 3 months.

i had a wisdom teeth removal surgery before it pops out 20 days ago and i can see that there is a hole next to the second molar ( not in the stitched area ) is this normal ?

Sutures: Depending on their location, sutures should stay in for about 7-10 days, shorter if in the face or on the scalp.  Check with your doctor for any suture malfunctions.

Get neck x rays.: Most patients use word "popping" for a sound they hear when moving one of the joints. This is generally  indicative of osteoarthritis. See your physician and get x rays of neck.

i see people popping their necks... i have never popped my neck like them. is it safe to pop the neck? if so how can i do so safely?

Safe but not good: It's 'safe' to pop your own neck, meaning you won't paralyze yourself, but it's not a great idea. Chronic cracking can eventually over-stretch ligaments leaving the joints susceptible to future injury or arthritis.  The 'need' to pop the neck actually means there is a problem which needs to be fixed.  Osteopathic manipulation can find and correct the root problem-which may not even be in the neck.

my shoulder is popping and grinding with pain. it pops and grinds while rotating it. what could be the cause of this? do i need surgery to repair?

Need a careful histo: ry and physical exam and then some imaging tests and maybe some lab tests to establish a sound diagnosis.  With that in hand, a rehabilitative program can be devised for you which MIGHT involve physical Therapy and might involve surgery.  In general, the most conservative approach (non-surgical), though longer, works best in the long term.

why does my hip keep popping? i can almost make it pop whenever.

Varies: There are a number of potential causes, and an exam can usually degermine the cause.  There is a condition known as snapping hip syndrome, for example.  A contracture of the tensor fascia lata, which is a tendon on the outside of the hip, can cause the hip to pop as the hip is flexed and extended.  A slight instability of the hip can also cause it to sublux in and out as well.  Thank you.
