Epidural/Spinal: Differential list is long : Possibly due to an epidural or spinal received during labor; streteching of lower lumbar spines  and sacral nerve bundles due to pressure at delivery; direct damage to coccyx and innervation from pressure of fetal head during delivery; internal pelvis muscle strain, sprain, or tear; uterine myomas;
endometriosis, retained products of conception( need D &amp; C)

Hard to tell: Some estimate that a 3rd of conceptions never implant to form a pregnancy.Of those that implant, some may not have all the right genetic information to to make it through pregnancy and some that do are lost for unknown reasons. I'm sorry for your loss, but there is every reason to believe this time will be different.Stay healthy and get good prenatal care.Good luck.

Pregnancy : Yes it is possible to become pregnant that soon after a birth.  Please do a home pregnancy test and if it is positive, contact your OB right away.

Many options : Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Possible: I would refrain from sex, repeat the test in one week. If negative then you are probably not pregnsnt. If your period doesnt return then see your doctor.

No good answer: It's strictly an individualized decision. How old is the baby. How "fragile" are the parents. It's strictly a personal decision.

will taking mackena p17 shots cause stillborn or misscarriage ?

Not Likely: P17 injections are to prevent preterm labor for women w/ cervical incompetence.  Given , they decrease likelyhood of miscarriage.  This is hormone usually produced by placenta, sometimes drops in this will cause early contractions. I would recommend sitting down for further discussion with your ob/gyn or family doctor to discuss further, the risks/benefits.

Stillborn: It depends on the parents and dr. Sometimes they know  the cause of death, they do autopsy  to find out the anomally that cause baby to die. Sometimes it is fetal distress syndrome.
