Diabetes?: Urine can be sticky, foamy, sweet smelling in patients with diabetes that is poorly controlled.  See your physician to check your urinalysis for glucose as well as blood glucose to check for diabetes (sugar too high in blood).

Hard to say: If you are a female, i would suspect this may be due to some of the ejaculate (within the vagina) mixing w/the urine.  Less likely to be a UTI without pain or odor, etc.

Possible infection: You need to be checked and evaluated for possible  infection. Will need urinalysis , urethral swab for culture and stool studies. Once determine , may benefit from an antibiotic. Risk for such infection is higher in gay population.
