Steam can help: In general when it comes to the nose and sinuses steam has been shown to be helpful. I'm not sure if a "steam room" is the same as "steam" used in studies of nasal function. The heat inside the room might have adverse effects on you especially if you have a fever or other systemic problems.

dr diagnosed me with frontal sinus infection cause i am having dizziness and feel like floor bounces. why does it do it worse in tiny rooms?

Vertigo: Dizziness and vertigo go hand in hand.  With inflammation of the inner ear that can be the result of sinus problems, can get these symptoms.  Because of the problem in the inner ear, the brain finds it hard to coordinate visual cues with those related to gravity and orientation.  The small room may be worse because your balance system is more "stressed" visually.

i had about 6 nosebleeds from february to now & i went to the emergency room & they said i have a sinus infection. could anything else be happening?

Not likely: Dry air in winter often contributes to nose bleeds. If the problem persists, you should see an ENT specialist who may cauterize the area the usually bleeds.

i went to the emergency room & got amoxicillin for a sinus infection. been taking it for 3 days & i have been feeling discomfort in my vaginal area.

Yeast?: You don't say what sort of vaginal "discomfort" you have. If it's itching or irritation, or maybe a thick discharge, it could be a yeast infection. Antibiotics like amoxicillin can suppress normal vaginal bacteria and allow yeast to overgrow and cause symptoms. Three days is earlier than usual, however. Contact your doctor for further advice and possibly treatment if yeast is suspected. Good luck.

i have a very foul odor coming from my nose, yet i have never had a sinus infection (that i know of). are there any remedies to try, ie spray, steam?

Vertigo is: What you are describing, i think.  It comes from inflammation or infection in the semi-circular canal, which maintains your balance.  It is not normal.  Notify your ENT so he can prescribe medication for you.

Yes and yes: Congestion of nasal passages can cause noises like wheezes.  If you have congestion that affects your ears that too may also cause unusual sounds especially when you change position of your head.

A change in therapy might be needed, if not doing better. However, if feeling better but some symptoms have not improved, the doctor might just continue the same therapy and have the patient report back after a couple of days.

But a sinus infection is a bacterial or viral infestation in the linings of the sinus cavities leading to increased mucous production, pain, fever and a general sense of malaise.
