Std: Many  std could cause urge to urinate and fever. Ruling out the most common bacterial urinary tract infections, which can cause those symptoms. Herpes, gonorrhea and even syphylis. All those can cause systemic symptoms like fever and if the urethra is involved they can cause urge to urinate. Chlamydia is sometimes asymptomatic but if the uterus and tubes are involved it can cause fever.

Groin pain, fever: A swollen lymph node in the groin, with a low grade fever, followed by no fever and reduced swelling in the lymph node is typical of a viral outbreak like herpes.  Get tested for antibodies for herpes I and II in a few weeks, as it may not be initially positive if this is a "first outbreak".  Sometimes males can shed the virus without sores, so have your partner checked also.

Yes: EBV could cause prolonged symptoms - l haven't seen one last that long. Other possibilities include Tuberculosis, valley fever and auto immune disorders.

what can cause a 2 month 100f fever after infection, stds, virus, pregnancy have been ruled out? normal cbc, cmp, ana, sedrate, creactive. my doc's stumped. i feel so hot and my neck feels like it's on fire but no other symptoms. what tests or routes?

Sore throat : Most stds cause urimary symptoms like drainage  from the opening of the penis or painful urination. It is not very common to have sore throats from stds.   You could get a sore throat from herpes but that would be uncommon without lip  or mouth lesions. If you have  throat lesions -whitish, you could have your doctor check a throat culture to see what is  going on   good luck!

Palpitations?: Not usually seen with stds, and fever is also unusual.  Need much more information to really be helpful.  What other symptoms, are you a man or woman?  What std are you concerned about?  If you think you have been exposed, go get tested.  You do not want to wait an unnecessary time period before diagnosis is made because the earlier you interrupt most illnesses the better the outcome.

Mostly get fe,you m: IN bacterial orchitis , you will get swollen enlarged testis and painful . It is tender to touch, skin over it may be tight and warm .One gets fever also, depending on severity of bacterial infection .and should be treated with antibiotics as soon as possible .
