The hand can also touch parts of her own body that are oozing gonorrhea, chlamydia, ureaplasma, or trichomonas germs... and then transfer the germs to the penis. That said, people should worry more about penis germs than hand germs.

The situation you describe is of course very low risk for stds.  The only situation that may be possible is transmission of the wart virus as a skin to skin contact.  But, at 37 you are much more likely to have been exposed to hpv long ago.

Low risk, be safe: Most STDs are passed through direct contact with body fluids and/or mucous membranes (the moist parts of the body, like mouth or vagina).  If there is no exposure to body fluids (including small breaks in the skin), and good handwashing, then risk is low.  However, warts, herpes, parasites can still be a problem even with intact skin.  As always, risk is not zero, but quite low overall.

Basics: They teach us never to say always or never, but here's the issue. Unless the hands involved were coated by STD germs they would not be available to transfer to the recipient. Most STD germs require genital to genital contact &amp; transfer of fluids. Many die when the come in contact with air or become dry. The scenario is low risk, but I never say never.
