That's because although there's a finite theoretical risk everywhere on Earth... we in real-life don't worry about catching sexually transmitted diseases from soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, etc. To be safest in public bathrooms, one can rinse off after touching soap dispensers or faucet handles, dry hands with a paper towel, grab the door handle with the towel.

No: No. As long as fluids are going from one body to the next especially without barrier protection, there is a risk of std.

The vaginal tissue are mucous membranes and are meant to be moist. When they dry out even a little they burn and itch.  Use cleansers that have less soap and more moisturizers.  It is not necessary to wash inside the vagina or douche.  Cleaning the outside is sufficient.
