STD's : Std's can be passed on through oral and anal sex, so although both of you are "virgins" if either one of you had oral and anal contact with other people then you could have and pass on an std.
The lesion in question could very well be an ingrown hair that is infected or it could be a herpes lesion. It is impossible to say without actually seeing it. You need to see a doctor for an evaluation and testing. Also use condoms for vaginal, anal, and oral sex.

It depends...: It depends on how long after your last exposure you were tested. Some tests are conclusive within 3-5 days of exposure, like urine or swab tests for gonorrhea and chlamydia. Blood tests for syphilis, HIV, and other STDs take a few weeks to become positive. If your last tests were was too early, retesting might be a good idea. Best to see a doctor or clinic for in-person advice.

Get it seen: This may be nothing more than a picker's scab -- i'm a pathologist and should know better but i've kept things going on my upper  body by messing with them especially while i'm dozing. We want to rule out a hpv lesion, or something that's been kept going by something personal. One form of premalignancy presents as excess keratin which a lay person might mistake for a scab. i have a few horizontal tears on the glans as a result of dry masterbation (i don't suspect std's). how could i take care of these tears? there is also a small scare on the meatus that is not closing?
p.s. my urologist said its nothing important

: Good new if your urologist says it is nothing important!  You can usually treat small tears with just topical antibiotic ointment for a few days and give the tears a chance to heal for 5-7 days or so.

: More than half of adults have HSV 1 and the most common manifestation is cold sores around the mouth. If you do not have genital herpes, it would not be unethical to not disclose. You may wish to consult with the doctor who performed the tests.

Trichomonas?: I am assuming you mean "trichomonas"?  This is a common genital infection, typically of the vagina/vulva, thta may cause pain, itching, or a vaginal discharge.  It can be found in the urine as well.  It can be transmitted to a sexual partner.  It is easily treated, but you must be diagnosed by your physician first after a pelvic exam.

Body fluids!: All stds are transmitted by the intake of body fluids from any route, including vaginal, penile, oral, anal, and blood. Saliva is included.  Hep b, c, chamydia, ureaplasma, syphilis, hiv, gonorrhea, herpes 1 & 2, and several others are spread this  way. All bodily secretions are in play.  Be careful.  And know your partner!
