What tests?: Bleeding after sex can be because of cervical or uterine polyps (or other problems). Your info relates to blood tests and presumably pelvic exam. Have you had sonogram to check lining of uterus? May show abnormalities not otherwise found.  Pelvic issues pressing on nerves may perhaps be related to tingling in toes, not fingers. Unrelated issue, most likely. Discuss w/md.

Not an STD: Dehydration would not do this. STDs must be on your mind, by your topic tags. But it doesn't sound like any STD. Intermittent symptoms ("random", "off and on") often are psychological. Most penile skin problems are standard dermatology problems that can occur anywhere but happen to involve the penis. But best to see a doctor at a time you're having symptoms; better safe than sorry. No risk at all: In theory, syphilis could be transmitted this way. However, I'll bet there has not been such a case in the US for nearly a hundred years. Otherwise, absolutely no risk at all. They call them sexually transmitted for a reason, meanying intercourse in almost every case. Don't worry about it.

Certainly!: There are several STD's that can be transmitted by breast suckling from external skin lesions like warts(HPV) and herpes. "Know thy sex partner and to thy partner be true". If you don't know that partner well enough to share bodily fluids, then think with the head on your shoulders rather than the "other one" below the belt.
