Oxycodone: Oxycodone has a relatively short half-life.  As such it would be unlikely it would show up in a drug assay but impossible to say with absolute certainty.  Much would depend on the specificity and sensitivity of the assay which is variable.  I would recommend retesting if you did have a positive result, which should be negative if you have not had an opioids since.

Honestly : Honestly I am not quite sure what you are referring to regarding the antibodies. The only reason to do repeated std testing is if you are at high risk. Blood, urine, discha: Blood is tested for hiv, syphilis, hepatitis b, hsv. Urine can be tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea. Vaginal discharge can be checked for trichomonas. Pap smear for hpv.

Not from the pap: There are some tests than can give you same day std results. But usually the gonorrhea/chlamydia test that is part of many pap smears takes longer to run. Ask your doc.

Yes: Men can be totally asymptomatic with chlamydia infection.  It can also wax and wane....so one minute you have it an another you don't.  I don't really mean one minute to the next..but you get my drift.

Some basics: Your pap smear likely showed evidence of HPV, one of the most common STD's but  not part of most "STD screening tests", especially for males. Prior to the vaccine as many as 70% of college age women showed evidence of prior infections. The non-wart strains generally have no symptoms in either sex, but in women some strains can trigger cervical cancer years or decades after the initial  infection

: I suggest you see a Gunecologist and get yourself examined and treated for your paiful sex.Most common cause of Painful sex is Vaginal Dryness.Other causes are Vaginal Infectios like yeas or Bacterial infection and STDs.And in some a condition called Vaginismus.Which is involuntary spasm of the muscles of Vaginal walls.Get checked and get treated by a Gynecologist
