Gonorrhea, chlamydia: Chlamydia and gonorrhea are the only STDs likely to cause pelvic/abdominal pain, due to pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, fallopian tube infection). Either can also cause burning with urination. But the main problems that cause genital burning in women are herpes and yeast infection, which don't cause pelvic pain. You could have more than one problem. PID is very serious; see a doctor ASAP.

UTI: This may be a simple urinary tract infection. Go to your doctor for a urinalysis and see if that's the problem. If it is, a 10 day course of antibiotics should do the trick!

Check for torsion: Although uncommon, testicular torsion (twisting) can be dangerous. Go see a doctor to rule out tumor or twisting of testes.

Urethretis: It is possible you have a standard "UTI" an infection and inflammation of the urethra from skin bacteria, which requires different antibiotics than those used for sexually transmitted infections. Get a urine culture done and start antibiotics after seeing your doctor for testing.

Couple of them: Burning and itching are different. Itching could be from scabies or even pubic lice transmitted through sexual activity. Burning could be a sign of herpes (HSV) infection. Although we have cross coverage of the symptoms too! You need to be examined by a doctor if you have persistent symptoms for final diagnosis.

Get Re-Evaluated: Get re-evaluated.  Besides stds, yeast or fungal infections can cause stinging and burning.  So can herpes, allergic reaction (soaps - bath or laundry, sprays - deodorant or scented, chemicals or dyes in clothing, etc), friction, trauma, hpv or genital warts, certain foods, dehydration, excretion of chemicals or compounds that have been ingested, medications, street drugs, etc.
