is there such a thing as std related acne? i woke up with these weird red bumps on my chest and they resemble a pimple but don't pop like a pimple?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. If you did not have chicken pox and did not take vaccination for chicken pox, a rash appearing on the chest can be an early sign of chicken pox.

have a vaginal smell and a bump on lip of vagina is it the soap i use i don't put soap down there only when i wash chest area it goes down vagina i have no herpes or std it hurts when i'm sitting down?

Vaginal lump: Soap doesn't cause a vaginal lump which may be a cyst. See your Physician or gynecologist for evaluation.

i have a boil like bump on the inners of my virginal area what could this be? its not painful theres no smell could this be an std or just a boil?

Lumps and bumps: Vaginal boils are pus filled inflamed bumps, painful bacterial infection in the impacted hair follicle under the skin. It can be cyst filled with fluid , inclusion or sebaceous . Bartholin gland cysts are also at the entry, painless and mostly self resolving. Syphilis and genital herpes can present as one or more small, painless bumps. Please go to the gynecologist for diagnosis and     treatment.

i am experiencing a soar on the shaft of my penis. it dosnt resembles and std or sti to me or what ive seen images of but its painful to touch it. it did bleed when i accidentally scratched it. in the middle of this soar is a very tiny white bump

Penile "sore"?'s: What is described sounds like an ulcer, and is consistent with Herpes viral infections. Ask your Primary Care provider to obtain IgM and IgG titers for Herpes I and II to be certain.

Vaginal Bump: without more information difficult to know what this is.  Regardless, it needs to be evaluated by your GYN or Family Doctor.

NO: Not an std.  We all have bumps on the back of our tongues called circumvallate papillae.  These help us to taste as well as secrete a type of saliva that helps to wash debris off of the papilla which helps them respond to taste stimulation quicker.

Possibly: Any time there is question of whether a skin lesion on the penis is an std, it must be seen and evaluated. Not all skin lesions are std's but visual inspection is very important in addition to clinical history. Also, some skin lesions may resolve spontaneously and are an std, making one believe that everything is okay.If there is a chance it may a sexually contracted lesion, it needs to be checked.

Certainly!: There are several STD's that can be transmitted by breast suckling from external skin lesions like warts(HPV) and herpes. "Know thy sex partner and to thy partner be true". If you don't know that partner well enough to share bodily fluids, then think with the head on your shoulders rather than the "other one" below the belt.

Pearly penile papule: In all likelihood these are pearly penile papules and are not considered abnormal.  There is no "treatment" necessary if this is determined to be the case.  You may want to show your physician to be certain.

STDs: Without seeing this cannot possibly diagnose. There are skin eruptions associated with several stds and would need far more info to try and answer your question in further detail. My suggestion is that if you feel you were exposed to an std go and see a doctor, be examined and tested thoroughly. Good luck.
