: Negative urine and blood test can assure only for absence of gonorrhea and chlamydia.  Incubation periods for syphilis and HIV are 3 weeks and 1-2 weeks each.

STD : It depends on the std. Syphilis would be revealing about a month after exposure. Hiv can be detected as early as 10-14 days by measuring the HIV virus directly. Hepatitis b/c may take up to 6 months to be detected but as early as 60 days. Gonorrhea/chlamydia are not detected in the blood. Herpes is often detected incidentally given the fact primary exposure often remains unknown.

Herpes, or HSV you will have classic rash in the genital area with primary infection, and a blood test can confirm that.  Also the RPR test is used for diagnosis of syphilis if not having classic chancres

Prob. True Positive: Herpes type 1 is the herpes virus commonly associated with the mouth (cold sores).  It can be positive without any other tests being positive.  Many people are + for hsv 1 by the time they enter school, picking up the virus from family members.  
Hsv symptoms may take 2-14 days after exposure to show up and longer for a positive test.  You may need to be retested to be sure.
