: This is your third or fourth question about these events. Your symptoms have absolutely nothing to do with the handjob, except for the possibility that your worry and anxiety over the event may be causing some of your symptoms. There is no possible infection from that event -- none. Believe it!

Bacterial vaginosis?: We all have bacteria living in our vagina.  Sometimes "bad" bacteria grow there, which can cause some discomfort (often not though) with milky, yellow, greenish discharge, sometimes with fishy smell.  This happens more with multiple partners, douching, and smoking.  Lower abdominal and back pain are more concerning for uterus or colon problems, and heartburn is unlikely related.  Please see OB/GYN

Not typical: Your symptoms are not typical of HIV infection, they are not ruling it out either. Work up is recommended as other infectious, rheumatologic or blood disorders, among others, may explain them.

Yes: Women with pid (pelvic immlamatory disease) and men with epidimyits can have abdominal pain.  Both are caused by stds.

Std: If you are concerned about std, best to get evaluated. Ok to check in with your doc, or at a local clinic to get tested. Typically flank and abdominal pain are not classic symptoms of std.

Bad infection: An untreated std if severe could cause infection of the fallopian tubes (pid) and cause the same symptoms as an appendicitis -- there is an infected or pus filled structure in your abdomen and that makes you hurt.  Male infections may give you testicular pain felt in the abdomen just like being kicked in the testicles.

i have the signs of a yeast infection with abdominal pain that seems like a pinch every once and awhile and also happens in my stomach too. i took plan b five days ago. worried do i have an std or is this just a yeast infection?

Hard: To say. If you have discharge or burning on urination get checked for STD.

started period noticed a faint smell like bv, & slight abdominal pain that extends to my thighs. no stds. wait til cycle ends or go to dr now?

See doctor soon: "Faint smell like BV" probably is BV. It doesn't cause pelvic pain, but increases the risk of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). How sure are you about "no STDs"? Best to see a doctor ASAP:  better safe than sorry!
