Time: It usually takes  time for your pill to get your cycles completely regular. Wait a few more months!

Yes but ...: Mostly for a couple of cycles. A pregnancy test should  done since pregnancy is a more common cause for missing your period.

Menses 4x per Year: The bcp sometimes stops all menstrual flow. The bleeding when you are taking bcp is not really important from a health perspective. The bcp ensures that you are not at risk constant estrogen stim of lining & thus cancer. The hormones of the bcp prevent the complications of low hormones like weak bones. The bcp also provides contraception is that is important. Social issues only like forget menses.

BCP ?'s: If you took the bcp's daily, and within the hour of the previous day's active pill, the oral bcp's should be protective.  If pregnancy is possible, starting on a light flow may not be protective, so to be certain, obtain a serum HCG test . If negative, and the current bleeding is about normal for your past periods, just begin the new pack now and take them punctually, as per the package insert.

Varies: Some people having nausea/bloating/weight gain/intermenstrual spotting.  Some have nothing.  There is a low risk of blood clots in your legs or lungs.   Some people also see an improvement in acne, pms symptoms, and heavy bleeding.

Possible: If started early enough in the cycle, the pill can prevent ovulation.  However, if the cycle has advanced far enough, ovulation will still occur even after starting the pill.

U are supposed to us: Use backup for the entire first pack, I am sure your obgyn told u that or the doc should have, if u had unprotected sex, it depends if u ovulated or not and when u ovulated so if u were my pt i would tell u to keep taking the pill , sue backup if u have any more sex during the first pack and if u do not get a period at the end of the pack then do a blood preg test but u need to ask your gyn.

Sunday after but: It is sunday after the period.This is so that you always start a new pack on sunday.It is easy and convenient.It can be started on first day or within 5 days after your period and it will be ok.So in reality it does not matter.

2 weeks: After being on the pill for 2 weeks you would be protected.

Always have in mind that there could be other reasons for these symptoms like thyroid disease and mental condtions like depression. See your doctor for proper evaluation.
