This should clear with time, but if you are concerned you could strain your urine (urinary stone strainers exist), and collect some of the debris. This can be examined by the physician in a followup visit.

Check with doctor: I have never seen a 7 cm kidney stone before, but I have seen a 7 millimeter stone accidentally reported as 7 cm. Having said that, i guess anything is theoretically possible. I have seen stones in the renal pelvis on the order of centimeters but this has been as a result of chronic infection and other forms of severe chronic renal pathology.
