a day after finishing neo penotran forte i experienced pink discharge mid morning. i experienced the same discharge while using neonpenotran forte on days 4,5,& 6. is it normal to experience the same thing a day after finishing neo penotran forte?

: Depending what it was given for- usually for candida infection. If you had something else that is what is showing. Pl see your doc/Gyn again

: You are treated for vaginitis with this suppository so those findings are not uncommon. I wonder how your vaginal symptoms after 4 days of treatment besides those discharge's characteristics. If the symptoms of vaginitis such as burning, itching, frequency, etc. have improved you should be fine. Please continue the full course, good luck.

Birth control pills: The dose of progesterone (levonorgestrel) may be too low for you.  If you just started taking this brand, discuss with your doctor as you may need to get switched to a different pill.  Usually, we try a combination pill for 3 cycles to see if the patient will get used to it.  Speak to your prescribing doctor.

Late  spotting: Please get HCG  may be early miscarriage ,variation of  period, infection or ectopic. Check TSH  f/u w/doc may need sonongram

We need...: We need more information.Depending on other symptoms and factors are the possible reasons which are multiple. It could be pregnancy, infection, if you are in birth control pill this could cause it, ovarian cysts, etc. Follow up with a gynecologist on this.
