Cancer, infection : By "spots" i assume you mean lesions were seen on an imaging study like an ultrasound or ct scan. Cancer is a possibility. Infections can sometimes present like this too. You need yo speak to whichever doctor ordered the test.

Stop worrying: If you feel generally well, are maintaining your weight, and can take part successfully in sports, then there's no reason to concern yourself with the vagaries of stool color and complexion. You describe some abdominal pain and you do need to find out whether this should be managed as functional bowel disease, or whether you have gallstones, or if there's any evidence it may be something else.

: That will be up to the doctor. I suppose the blood test is used to gauge the amount of the contrast material that you can tolerate safely. Without having access to your other test results it is difficult to speculate on how the doc would respond without the test. If you have a history of diminished kidney function they may cancel.

HIP ITCHINGS: Can just be a minor irritation or insect bite. Put steroid cream or  any anti-pruritic cream like Vicks ?

Red spots: There are many possibilities. You should see your doctor, preferably a dermatologist for evaluation and treatment. It is not possible to diagnose them without seeing them.

A colonoscopy would: A great thing to ensure that you are not undergoing anything that you are concerned about.  I think that if you get one,  it can put your mind at ease
