Call a doctor : Nystatin is available by prescription only. Need to speak with a doctor to get. 
Candida resistance to fluconazole is extremely rare and very unlikely. May be another condition entirely.

Response: Gabapentin has a maximum effective dose daily total of about 1800 mg daily, and adding additional gabapentin does NOT increase efficacy, but might cause more adverse effects.

i've just taken imodian. 2 tablets as per the instructions but have had to go toilet straight after. do i take the next dose straight away?

Not just yet: While loperamide (Imodium) does work quickly, I suggest giving the initial dose about an hour to demonstrate some effect before starting further doses with loose bowel movements as the directions will tell you.  So your intuition is correct that it's better not to re-dose right away.

my anxiety tablets have been increased from lower dose to next dose up. i have been told to double up my tablets with what i have left. it means????

See below: You can ask your doctor to give you more clarification on the dosing instructions. For example if you are taking 0.25 mg of a medicine daily, and you were to increase your dose by doubling up your tablets, you would take 0.5 mg of your medicine a day.
