See a dermatologist: You need a diagnosis.  What you may think is fungal may be many things, like psoriasis, lichen planus, and many other serious dermatologic condtions that are treated far differently than fungal infections.  A scraping of the lesion may be needed or even a small biopsy of the lesion.  An experienced dermatologist  should be able to help you.  If recalcitrant yeast, gential violet may be the answer.

i have haemorrhoids spreading up my ass crack, what stage would it be classified as? prolapse or just more developing that needs surgery to prevent it getting worse?

: Hemorrhoids often enlarge over time, but they do not spread away from the anus itself. If you're feeling bumps, irritation, itching or similar symptoms in your gluteal cleft ("ass crack"), probably it's something else. Not prolapse. See your doctor about it. Good luck.

Antifungal cream: Over the counter anti fungal cream may help in general, keeping the area dry and not moist between showers or baths may help.
An appointment to see md is important to look for other diagnoses is important.

Bump: Have it checked because it could be a developmental defect related ot the spine. A pilonidal cyst, a tumor to name a few.

2 weeks old now and have bad numbness on right  buttock, scrotum, both feet and anus. some numbness on back of right leg.
will this go away or see neurology ?

See doc: Either your primary care doc or neurology if already involved. It is likely that you developed postherpetic neuralgia that may associate severe pain and aside from other possible conditions. The doc who diagnosed you with shingles will be best to further assess.

: It is best to be evaluated by a medical person. There is possibility of infection or it could have been due to injury.
