why would i have gotten a web of floaters over a few days? i went to 2 ods and they both said my eyes were fine and looked really healthy.

Might be OK but  .: Your best bet for something like this is to see and ophthalmologist - the real eye doctors.  ODs largely are interested in selling contacts and glasses and cannot give the final word on something like this.   On the other hand, you are only 16 and serious issues with webs and floaters are very uncommon at your age.  Nonetheless, see and ophthalmologist for this.

i know what floaters are i have them. this is different. when i wake in morning or get woke suddenly i see a black spider. which goes away in a fe?

Normal: You are seeing the vascular supply in the back of your eye.  The pattern of light when you just wake up can cause this to appear momentarily.  It actually is a sign of good visual health.

i have eye floaters. they are like tiny bugs and spider nets and move up and down,left and right. i can also see them with my eyes closed.is it normal?

Maybe: Floaters are common and usually of no concern.  However you should have a dilated retinal exam to be sure.  Occasionally floaters are sign of retinal disease, retinal tears or retinal detachment.

Circulation or nerve: Could be a problem with blood circulation in the leg or a problem with conduction in 1 or more of the peripheral nerves in the leg. He needs to be evaluated by his family physician or a neurologist.

Illusion?: Sounds like your eyes and brain using imagination to fill in the blanks when the lights are too low to make things out easily.  If you are seeing very vivid spiders and webs then it could be a hallucination and you should see your doctor about that.

i'm having discharge that isnt cottage cheesy, but thick and white. it looks like i have a thin layer of moist  spider webs around my labia minora!?

Sounds like yeast: Your discharge still sounds very consistent with yeast vaginitis.  You can try the otc creams/suppositories, however, if it is not improving over the next several days and go completely away, you should see your md.   Your md should be able to tell you the cause and prescribe appropriate treatment.

A physical web?: If you got a portion of an actual web woven by a spider, it will be gone with the normal eye flushing activity.  If the spider web is something that you notice from the interior of the eye, then you need to see an ophthalmologist right away.

Commonly squigglies: or floaters are from the loss of clarity of the gel-like substance inside your eye (vitreous). This is a natural process in most patients and does not require treatment. Your eye doctor will check for retinal tears or retinal detachments that can sometimes be associated with new floaters. Retinal issues would require treatment. Be well.
