: I wonder why you are so obsessed with this issue. We have answered this question multiple times. Yes, water should rinse off the semen with sperms  if the time of rinsing is long enough as in a normal shower. I want to remind you one essential fact that it takes a lot more than a drop of live semen to impregnate a woman. Take care!

Some thoughts: To be successful sperm must remain healthy in a moist environment like where they are produced or the female genital tract where they are injected. They dry out &amp; die when exposed to air for any length of time. If the sperm was fresh/moist &amp; somehow placed where they could enter the female genital tract it might be a problem. If not, it wouldn't.

No: What you described does not cause pregnancy. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Pregnancy: Sperm must be deposited in the vagina for pregnancy to occur.  Water does not "kill" sperm, nor is it a reliable way to "remove" it.  If you did not have vaginal sex without a condom, and no sperm entered your partner's vagina, pregnancy is extremely unlikely.  You may still expose each other to STD's, however.
