No: The sperms if any on the handle will dry and lose their viability.  The next person , presumably female, to use that toilet wound have to be fast into the toilet, recognize the issue, and purposefully transfer the remaining semen into her upper vagina.  This is a scenario that seems remotely likely.

From the description you have provided pregnancy seems very unlikely. Remind your partner to wash his hands after masturbating.

That would: likely be sufficient to kill the sperm.  If you are still worried, you can always take a home pregnancy test to be sure.
