Depends on location : If you are having sexual intercourse when the leakage of semen is occurring, pregnancy is possible.

: This is quite common. It happens more frequently in some men than others. It's not abnormal. Abdominal pressure from straining and stool passing over the prostate and seminal vesicles (where semen is stored) can squeeze out semen and prostate fluid. If no pain or other symptoms, this is nothing to worry about.

Urologist: Consult a urologist for evaluation and advice. Leakage of semen during a BM may indicate a prostate problem. Your right testicle will also be examined during the visit. Also any appropriate testing will be done.

If  you want to: It doesn't really matter to me. Do whatever you like. It's neither good nor bad. There is, however, always the potential to transfer an infection, but that has nothing to do with the swallowing or not.
