SEEMS UNLIKELY  BUT: It seems unlikely as sperms do not live outside vagina for more than 20 minutes to 1 hour, and in your case to carry sperms in his finger and puting in your vagina there is very very slight possibility that few sperms may be alive still, but i will say it is very far fetched
also semen starts to dry on the clothes, and he did not put his finger on the ejaculation fluid directly, doubt he had any soerm.

No, but...: NO... because in real life, clothing prevents pregnancy by preventing the passage of sperm, of penises, and of fingers. If not wanting to start a family, one can just keep his and her clothing on. It works quite well. However, if asking "is it possible to happen," the answer to the question, "is there any possibility..." that something can happen somewhere in this world, is almost always YES.

No: You list yourself as being male, and males cannot become pregnant.  If this is incorrect and you are actually female, pregnancy is still extremely unlikely by wearing male underwear with sperm in it.

Pregnancy risk: Any direct contact of sperm to mucous membranes does create risk of pregnancy.  Given the barrier of the cloth, the risk is quite low.  Of course, the risk is somewhat linear and increases with the porous nature of the material.
