Sounds like....: Eczema of the hands and feet is common.  Hard to say without looking at it, but usually reddish patches with scaling, sometimes small fluid filled blister like things under the skin and cracking - present for many years - comes and goes - sometimes related to exposure to chemicals or metals.

Tiny blisters finger: Tiny blisters (1mm or smaller) on the fingers can be a sign of dyshidrotic eczema. This may be caused from sweat glands that get  blocked. A prescription strong topical steroid often helps.  Irritation or rubbing can initiate a flare.

Sore on fingers: Could be folliculitis inflammation of the hair site. Could try wiping with alcohol swab, and topical bacitracin. rarely can get herpetic lesions on the fingers for which you need either acyclovir a prescription 200 mg 3-tabs 3 x a day x 5   or  lysine 500 mg 3 tabs  for 5 days . F/u with doc urgent care as you may need antibiotics.
